Foovii ("we", "us", "our") is operated by D Pinheiro Brito & K Seki (ABN 26 185 633 517), based in Melbourne, Australia. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We keep it simple.

We collect the minimum data needed to run the service:
- Restaurant managers: email address and hashed password (via Supabase Auth), and any menu/store content you upload
- Guests (diners): order contents and table number only — no name, email, or contact details required
- Leads (prospective customers): information provided via our Contact Wizard, including business name, contact name, email, phone number (optional), and operational details (e.g., table count, estimated revenue, service styles) to help us provide a custom demo
- Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card details

- To manage your account and authenticate your sessions
- To provide custom demos and follow up on business inquiries
- To improve and maintain the service
- To respond to support requests

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (hosted in the United States and other regions). We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you have concerns about a specific piece of data, contact us and we will do our best to help.
5. Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
